Hungarian Dominance in the Young Horses’ Competition

Friday started with the competition for six- and seven-year-old horses. This time, the podium was dominated by home competitors.
In the €2000 competition in two phases presented by Immunovet, athletes had to complete eight obstacles and nine efforts.
A seven-year-old horse, Zico Blue by Genius Conference owned by Ferenc Koncz, took the top honour. With Gábor Szabó, Jnr. in the saddle, they entered the track after the break, took the lead and kept first position until the end.

Second place went to the last starter, Tamás Mráz and Cornet Champion-N by Cornet Obolensky improving one place relative to Thursday.

Third place was taken by Borbála Burucs on her own bred mare Mia Niana by Nannan-A × Drosselklang II.

Angelos Touloupis and Karima 25 finished fourth, followed by Levente Jakab on Tm Kannan S King, and Adrian Schmid on Cevisto.
Vera Szakály, Immunovet’s Commercial Director awarded the riders, and Karin Schindele congratulated them on behalf of the jury.
