Friday Started with Hungarian, Slovenian and Czech Wins

Friday’s program kicked off with the 1.20 m VIP Tour, a two-phase competition without interruption. The 61 riders and horse pairs faced ten obstacles.

Károly Régely was the first to enter the course on his mare Verducha. They performed so well that no one was able to beat them later on, so the duo won the competition.

The program went on with the 1.30 m Small Tour. László Karádi made full use of the central arena at the National Riding Hall and placed the 12 obstacles in such a way that the competitors were forced to ride at a strong pace. The number one starting number brought luck once again, as the first rider, Slovakian Urh Bauman on his gelding Butterfly Effect, took home first place. The remaining 24 riders could then only compete for the remaining places.
