Vince Jármy and Carbon Girl Z Glorious in the Competition Presented by Hungarian Equestrian Federation
On Saturday, 65 horse and rider pairs lined up for the 1.45 m Big Tour which was a qualifier for Sunday’s Grand Prix. In the most prestigious event of the day duos competed for a total prize money of €30,000.
The pair of the NLSF (National Equestrian and Sport Horse Breeding Development) programme, Vince Jármy and 9-year-old Carbon Girl Z by Baloubet du Rouet delivered a speedy clear round and took the lead. The rest of the field could not do better, so they kept the first place.
Second place went to German Jörne Sprehe, and nine-year-old Starlinda.
Austrian anchor rider Gerfried Puck took third place on Equitron Melody vd Smidshoeve.
The other places went to Gábor Szabó, Jnr. on Xixo Borgia, Angelos Touloupis on Del Rey of the Lowlands Z, Alexa Stais on Diaron OLD.
Jacqueline Schmieder, member of the jury congratulated the riders.
