Five Star Conference Shines in Young Horses Final

Fifty-six rider and horse pairs lined up for the €1,100 1.25m and 1.30m final of the young horses’ competition. Twenty pairs, including eight six-year-old horses and twelve seven-year-olds made to the second-round jump-off. The time set was quite short and the competition remained open until the very last moment.
First place went to Gábor Szabó Jnr. and seven-year-old Five Star Conference repeating their Saturday’s victory. The Hungarian sport horse stallion by Corico Z × Lancer II, is owned by Ferenc Koncz.

Péter Szuhai on Chacco Chau Psz, bred by Lewitz Stud, finished second. The rider took also the fifth place in the saddle of Orald Field (Emerald × Arezzo).

Third place was taken by Gyula Szuhai Jnr. on Eduard As Z.

Kovács Henri competed with three horses in the young horses’ final and captured fourth and sixth position on Chloe Z and Kenzo IC.
Alexandra Kunné Fekete, member of the jury, Kristóf Szotyori Nagy, president of the Hungarian Show Jumping Division, and Rita Szokolai, representing Imperial Lótápok, sponsor of the event, congratulated the competitors.
