Greetings from Kristof Szotyori Nagy, president of the Hungarian Equestrian Federation
This year, we may once again experience that special moment when the world of equestrian sports turns its attention to Hungary.
We are very proud to have preserved this iconic venue, the National Riding Hall, in the heart of Budapest, a venue that has proven time and again over the past decades that its unique atmosphere makes it one of the most beloved competition venues for equestrian sports in Central Europe.
It is a particular pleasure that Budapest will once again host the European Equestrian Federation’s Nations Cup series this year, bringing the elite of one of the world’s most popular sports to our country. Hungary has always had a close connection to horses and equestrian culture; this connection lives on in our commitment to equestrian sports in the modern world.
We hope that the competitors, horse owners, sponsors, officials, and members of the international equestrian community visiting our country — together with the local equestrian community and sports enthusiasts — will once again be able to experience the incomparable thrill of show jumping in Budapest’s iconic setting this year.
We wish all our guests successful competitions, a fulfilling time, and unforgettable experiences!
On behalf of the leadership of Hungarian Equestrian Federation: Kristóf Szotyori Nagy
