Rodrigo Szuhai Unstoppable in the Small Tour Final

The National Riding Hall’s program on Sunday kicked off with the 6- and 7-year-old young horses’ final with a prize money of €1100, presented by Szuhai Horses. The 6-year-olds faced 125cm obstacles and the 7-year-olds 130cm. Out of 48 riders, 21 qualified for the final, where eight of them finished with clear rounds.

Henri Kovács in the saddle of 6-year-old gelding Entre Nous Van ‘T Coseveld Z (Emerald Van T Ruytershof × Power Light) proved to be the fastest and won the number.

Péter Szuhai on the likewise 6-year-old Chacco Chau Ps improved on their previous day’s performance and took second place.

Among the 7-year-olds, only Lady Concern du Rezidal ridden by Czech Natalie Kovarova made it onto the podium.

Fourth place went to Borbála Burucs on Mia Niana (Nannan-A × Drosselklang II). Kövy András, Jnr. on Manitu 88 finished fifth and Kirsten Katarina Packova on Redoutable Kintos Z closed sixth. Mrs. Kun, Alexandra Fekete congratulated the riders on behalf of the jury.

Forty-seven riders lined up in the 125cm final of the CSI2* Small Tour against the clock. The prize money of the contest was €1200, offered by Inter Horse Truck.

The sixth starter Zsanett Bandi completed a promising lightning-fast clear round, but right after her, Rodrigo Szuhai on Casalcon rode even faster.

As a result, Zsanett Bandi on Quinadore slipped into second place by just a few tenths of a second.

Noémi Kovács on Calinka de Bognar finished third in the Small Tour.

In fourth place was Anna Janik on Chacezza Girl PS. In fifth and sixth were two riders whose names sound familiar to anyone who has been following the István Széchenyi Memorial lately: Letícia Vigh on Ibram vh Overlede Goed and Eliza Szonja Hack on Pamela V. Wichenstein, respectively. Dr. Csaba Szabó congratulated the riders.
